The contract concerns the removal, on the territory of the city of Liège and on requisition of the local police, of vehicles with a maximum authorized mass of less than 3.5 t as well as accessory devices such as trailers, the conservation of these vehicles in a storage place available to the successful tenderer and, where applicable, their depollution, dismantling and destruction at the expiration of a legal period of six months.

It is structured in two distinct lots:

- lot 1 concerns the repair of vehicles which are not classified as wrecks or cannot be considered abandoned on the public highway;

- lot n ° 2 concerns the repair of vehicles which can be qualified as wrecks or which can be considered as abandoned outside private property or on public roads.
