Service related to the design, implementation, launch and maintenance of the Public Transport Ticketing System in Warsaw.

The Public Transport Authority assumes the implementation of a modern Ticketing System along with the delivery of the necessary equipment for its functioning. The system, according to the complexes, will be based on kontocentricity, with particular emphasis on the use of innovative ticket validators equipped with certified EMV card terminals, a passenger portal, a mobile application, as well as a central system, and the introduction of new control devices. From the level of the System, it will be possible to manage the necessary infrastructure (e.g. validators in vehicles, validators in metro gates). The system architecture is expected to be open, modular and scalable with the possibility of extending the platform to other city services.
