Supply Helsingør offers a framework agreement on the provision of cleaning services for a contract period of 2 years with an option for an extension of 2 years.
The framework agreement includes cleaning at 12 locations with a total area of approx. 1 788 m2. The contract is expected to enter into force on 1 January 2020 and expires on 31 December 2021. The startup time is indicative.
Supply Helsingør is a multi-utility company that supplies electricity, heat and water, as well as ensuring that waste and wastewater are well away.
Supply Helsingør Service A / S (hereinafter "the Contracting Authority") hereby offers a framework agreement on the procurement of cleaning services (hereinafter the "contract"). The supplier must carry out daily and periodic cleaning at all of the locations of Forsyning Helsingør. In addition, the Contracting Authority may draw on special cleaning services by arrangement.
The cleaning must be done at the following locations:
1) Helsingør Wastewater treatment plant, Færgevej 5, 3000 Helsingør
2) South Coast Wastewater Treatment Plant, Strandvejen 338 A, 3060 Espergærde
3) North Coast Wastewater Treatment Plant, Ndr. Strandvej 300, 3100 Hornbæk
4) Skibstrup Waste Center, Gørlundevej 4, 3140 Ålsgårde
5) CHP (new), Energivej 19, 3000 Helsingør
6) CHP plant (old), Energivej 19, 3000 Helsingør
7) HP Christensens Vej 14, 3000 Helsingør
8) Mads Holmsvej 51, 3000 Helsingør
9) New waterworks, Agnetevej 2, Snekkersten.
10) Old waterworks, Agnetevej 2, Snekkersten.
11) Hellebækvej 114, 3000 Hellebæk
12) The Operations Center, Energivej 25, 3000 Helsingør, basement and bathing areas
The total area of the buildings is approx. 1 788 m2. The contracting entity purchases an annual amount of approximately DKK 800,000 of the services covered by the contract, which is why the value of the services offered is assumed to be approx. DKK 3,200,000 over 4 years.
Drawings and room records in the tender material constitute the best possible material at the time of the tender, which is expected to be updated and clarified in collaboration with the chosen supplier.
