Tysvær Municipality intends to enter into a framework agreement for builder services/carpenter services and accompanying material.
The expected contract value in the contract period is approx. NOK 8 million if the option years are used. The calculation is based on previous figures. The expected value does not entail a corresponding purchasing obligation. The tenderer cannot demand more purchases under the framework agreement than what follows from the municipality's needs and wishes. The tenderer can also not demand compensation if the actual purchase is lower than expected.
The framework agreement period will be 2 years from when it is signed, with a unilateral option for the contracting authority to extend the contract for 1+1 year. The stated duration in the notice includes 2 options years.
The municipality reserves the right to order work/services/material that has a total estimated value that exceeds NOK 300,000 outside the framework agreement. The rules in the Public Procurement Regulations will apply in full for such procurements.

The following assignments can typically be included in the framework agreement for builder services/carpenter services, and accompanying material:
Service and maintenance of municipal buildings.
-Renovation/upgrade of buildings.
Construction of minor new buildings.
Alteration work.
Repairs, improvements, installations, and assembly work.
External and internal maintenance and upgrades.
Asbestos clearance.
Assembly work (kitchen-cloakrooms-bathrooms, etc. ).
Ceilings/walls.
Masonry and tiling work.
Glass work.
Tinsmith work.
Roofing work.
Tysvær Municipality is large, and experience shows that it can be appropriate that the tenderer joins up with separate sub-suppliers of builder/carpenter services that are located in Nedstrand for assignments based here. This is not however a requirement.
