Since the services are attractive to SMEs precisely as separate assignments, it was decided to place the requested services in three separate assignments.

Lot 1 Municipality of Harlingen, cleaning services and glass washing;

Lot 2 Municipality of Súdwest-Fryslân, cleaning services;

Lot 3 municipality of Súdwest-Fryslân, window cleaning.

Since the size of the glass square meters of lot 1 Municipality of Harlingen is relatively small, it was decided to merge it with the cleaning services.

Due to the expiring Agreement, the obligation to tender the Contract in Europe, the efficient use of Community funds and the desire of the Contracting Authority to conclude one Agreement with one Contractor for the Client's location(s), it has been decided to start this Tender procedure and to market the cleaning maintenance and window cleaning services as of 1 October 2023.

Providing the cleaning services and window cleaning of the Municipality of Harlingen (8 locations).

The total number of floor areas to be kept clean is approximately 14,000 m2. The total number of m2 of window cleaning measured double-sided is approximately 25,500 m2.
