Fachplanung Structural planning acc. HOAI §51, LPH 2-6 for the new building of the education center Königs Wusterhausen of the Chamber of Crafts Cottbus: Basic services as well as special services: BIM-planning according to Annex Service catalog BIM.
The demographic, as well as the economic development in the chamber district of the Chamber of Crafts Cottbus shows that has formed in the northern part (Dahme-Spreewald district) the strongest so-called "regional growth core" of the entire state of Brandenburg with the adjacent state of Berlin as engine.
By 2023, the Handwerkskammer Cottbus plans to build a modern, innovative-craft educational institution for up to EUR 20.0 million for the notified trades:
Plant mechanic SHK / electrical engineer / motor vehicle mechatronics / metal construction / Zweiradmechatroniker and office management and the hybrids from the mentioned trades.
True to the motto "From pen to master", we will offer the entire range of careers in the craft sector, from vocational orientation for pupils, via inter-company teaching instruction (Ülu) for apprentices, to master / business management and expert training.
Furthermore, it is especially for the future educational site, that this will also be a "house of craft". Ie. all services and offers of the HWK Cottbus at the headquarters in Cottbus, are also offered in KW - thus shortening the path of our craftsmen considerably.
The new construction of the education center is to be carried out as a pilot project using the BIM planning method. The BIM data will also be used for training purposes (tradesman training) after completion of the construction project.
