1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of medical equipment (attachment for spinal procedures) to the headquarters of the Ordering Party in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Annexes No. 1 to nin. Specification.

2. Offers not having the full range of the subject of the order (in the scope of the part concerned) will be rejected.

3. The remaining terms of the contract are defined by the draft contract, as set out in Annex 3 to the SWZ.
