The work in the area of "maintenance, window and blind cleaning" includes all cleaning work as well as other related activities in accordance with the service description for all administrative buildings, operating facilities and stations of Gasunie Deutschland.

The award will be made in three (14) lots. These are divided into the two specialist areas "maintenance cleaning" and "window and blind cleaning" (specialist lots). Each of the two categories comprises 7 territorial lots. Within the respective categories (maintenance cleaning as well as window and blind cleaning) there is a lot limitation.

Lot limitation:

Applicants have the opportunity to apply for all lots (Lot 01 – Lot 14). However, the award per bidder is based on a maximum of 4 lots. The allocation of the lots is based on the most economical offer per lot according to the evaluation matrix, taking into account the aforementioned lot limitation. In the event that a tenderer has submitted the most economical tender for several lots, he will be awarded the contract to the lots (maximum 4 lots) that represent the largest share in terms of value (predicted contract value in the notice).

Exception to the aforementioned lot limitation:

If there are not enough bids, the lots that have not yet been allocated will be awarded in accordance with the above-mentioned principle of economic efficiency, so that in this case more than 4 lots per bidder can be awarded in exceptional cases.
