The quantities indicated in the BPU/Dqe correspond to an estimated annual average of orders. They are given as an indication to allow candidates to size their offer and allow Tisseo to compare the offers received. These quantities cannot be invoked against Tisseo as an annual order commitment. The framework agreement will be implemented through the issuance of purchase orders.
