The Embassy of Sweden in Guatemala (the Embassy) has decided to procure Certified Public Accounting Firms (herein called the Auditor) to provide audit services on a framework basis.

The agreement period is 2 years with a possibility to be extended twice with unaltered conditions for a period of 12 months for each extension.

A framework agreement will be put in place with no more than three (3) firms; the required services are detailed in the provided Terms of Reference (ToR).

The framework agreements will be held by the Swedish Embassy in Guatemala but may also be used by the other Swedish Embassies.
