Sanitary work:
The new building will be connected to the existing drinking water network in the field and supplied with drinking water via an underground pipeline DN 50 (approx. 50 m).
The cold drinking water supply in the building is provided by stainless steel distribution lines (approx. 1 400 m) including thermal insulation. In summary, individual drinking water supply ranges are forcibly flowed by means of flow dividers (approx. 28 pieces) and via terminal electronic rinsing stations (approx. 2 hours). DHW heating is decentralized electrically (approx. 38 hours).
Sanitary furnishings: approx. 43 toilets, approx. 9 pcs. Beh toilets, ca. 37 St. WT, approx. 22 pcs. Beh-WT, approx. 15 pcs. Urinals, approx. 8 pcds.
Connection of equipment supplied on site approx. 28 pcs. Various toilet accessories/hygiene items.
Waste water dewatering is carried out via highly soundproofed PP pipe (approx. 600 m). Connection is made to on-site basic cable connections (approx. 41 hours) as well as to flat roof hoods (approx. 28 hours).
Rainwater drainage is generally carried out on the outside. The exception is a small section, which is dewatered internally by means of vacuum dewatering via welded PE pipe (approx. 120 m).
Ancillary work such as core drilling (approx. 300 hours).
