The subject of the order is (delivery) the purchase of CNG gas in the amount of 4,000,000 Nm 3 for the Employer's vehicles powered by CNG for a period of 10 years, and construction at Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunalnej w Suwałkach Sp. z o. o. infrastructure for refueling the above mentioned vehicles - a detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annex 1a and 1b to the ToR.

1. The subject of the order is (delivery) the purchase of CNG gas in the amount of 4,000,000 Nm 3 for the Employer's vehicles powered by CNG for a period of 10 years, and construction at Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunalnej w Suwałkach Sp. z o. o. infrastructure for refueling the above mentioned vehicles - a detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annex 1a and 1b to the ToR.

2. The subject of the contract relates to: the supply of methane fuel, including the construction and maintenance of a refueling station for the supplied fuel, to the extent that it is possible to fill the tanks in the Employer's vehicles throughout the contract period. Station equipment, as portable devices, will be the property of the Contractor, used by him to perform the methane fuel supply contract. All Contractor's costs related to the construction and maintenance of the station will be included in the net unit price of the supplied methane fuel. Methane fuel, which is the subject of the contract, will be delivered under a contract for a period of up to 10 years, until the total volume of supplies not exceeding 4,000,000 Nm 3 however, not less than the volume constituting 80% of the ordered volume. The 80% utilization rule applies from 1.1.2021.

3. The Employer allows refueling stations to be made available for vehicles other than vehicles belonging to the Employer.
