1. The subject of the basic contract is the provision of mobile telephony services together with the factory supply of new mobile apparatus, to the jointly listed entities referred to in Chapter 1, paragraph 2 of the SWZ.

2. A contract shall be concluded with the selected Contractor on the basis of which the Contractor shall provide mobile telephony services to all units and entities listed below, under the terms set out in this SWZ, including the Model Agreement.

The provision of services includes, in particular, voice services on the GSM network (mobile and fixed network connections, national, international calls, roaming), text, multimedia, data transmission, voice mail calls and Internet access packages. Services will be provided 24 hours a day all days of the year. The Contracting Authority requires that the coverage of the services provided includes a minimum of 90% of Poland

4. Mobile Internet service — bundles of minimum 5 GB, minimum 15 GB and minimum 25 GB* are to be provided for the indicated numbers.
