The goal of Southeast Finland Tieto Oy is to provide a positioning, patient flow and personal protection system (system), which is produced for the subscriber himself and for the following customers: Kymenlaakso Health and Social Services Municipality (Kymsote), .
The target of the acquisition is the Wi-Fi Location, Patient Power and Personal Security (WLAN) system and related support and maintenance services and equipment. The system's communication method and positioning should be based on Wi-Fi technology (WLAN) and the system should also be compatible with the SOTE environment.
The system to be acquired is installed on the subscriber's servers. However, the subscriber reserves the opportunity to obtain the system as a Saas solution at some outlets.
The target of the acquisition is the Wi-Fi Location, Patient Power and Personal Security (WLAN) system and related support and maintenance services and equipment (sensors). The system's communication method and positioning should be based on Wi-Fi technology (WLAN) and the system should also be compatible with the SOTE environment.
The information system provided shall meet the objectives set for the functional and technical specifications of the system in accordance with the specification defined in the invitation to tender and its annexes.
The system aims to:
- Facilitates finding medical devices, beds, and other similarly mobile devices in clients' properties. The positioning system aims to increase the utilization rate of the devices to be located and to speed up the discovery of mobile devices.
- Enables personal tracking and hijacking alarms
- Use space / temperature data to monitor processes and activities related to the provision of services provided by the customer.
- Increase the functionality of home delivery services.
In addition to the system, the purchase includes installation planning, support and maintenance, and training.
The users of the system are, for example, healthcare professionals and, to some extent, also healthcare clients (patients) themselves.
