The procedure has as its object the assignment in concession, pursuant to art. 164 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, of the cafeteria and catering services at the Limonaia refreshment point inside the park of Villa Torlonia after supply, by and at the expense of the Concessionaire, of the fittings, furnishings, machinery and equipment necessary for the performance of the service.

The present procedure has as its object the assignment in concession pursuant to art. 164 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 of the cafeteria and catering services at the Limonaia refreshment point located in Rome within the park of Villa Torlonia, with the simultaneous concession of the internal and external spaces, described and identified in the Specifications and in the annexed documents (Annexes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8), subject to supply, by and at the expense of the Concessionaire, of the fittings, furnishings, machinery and equipment necessary for the performance of the service.

The average annual value of the concession, excluding VAT, estimated on the basis of the annual turnover achieved by the previous operators in the three-year period 2017 – 2019, prior to the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic, is equal to € 900,000.00.

On the basis of the average annual value indicated above, for the purposes of art. 35, paragraph 4 of the Code, it is estimated that the total value of the procedure for the entire duration of the concession, including any renewal up to a maximum of 3 years and including any technical extension, is equal to € 5,850,000.00 net of VAT.

The above value, pursuant to art. 167 of the Code, is indicated in order to attribute to the concession an economic value in accordance with the provisions of current legislation and has a purely indicative value, as estimated on the basis of the turnover obtained from previous concessionaires.
