The present contract concerns a service contract and aims at concluding a framework agreement regarding the storage, handling and distribution of printed matter and gadgets as well as added value activities.

The provider takes the entire logistics in the hands of the printed matter and the gadgets and provides insight into the status of the stock and the distribution process based on a warehouse management system. This from the moment that the printed matter and gadgets are delivered by the supplier in the warehouse until they are delivered to the applicant, according to the orders supplied by Tourism Limburg. In addition, the assignment includes added value activities whereby the handling and distribution assignments that expect further service are carried out by the provider as an ambassador for Tourism Limburg.
