The contracts are concluded for a firm period of execution of 5 years, except for lot 02 which has a firm period of execution of one year and four renewable periods in order to see the impact of the implementation of the new EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) for building construction products and materials. The terms and conditions for price revisions are specified in the CCAP. The services will be financed by self-financing by the members of the grouping, supplemented, if necessary, by external resources (loans, grants, European funds not yet known, etc.) in accordance with the laws and regulations in force. Benefits are paid by bank transfer within 30 days
