Facility Management General stock, trade and police

Facilities are advertised for 86 properties centrally managed by BIM GmbH in the General segments. Stock, trade and police in six lots.

The contractor must provide certain management services for the holistic technical management of the properties. These are basically divided into operational management in facility management (including property management, technical service, defect management) and the services provided by technical building management (including operational management / property operation, repair, tree view, energy management).

Lot_1_FM services_14

The property in lot 1 (north-east) is 14 objects with a total of approx. 140,000 m 2nd GFA, which were combined into segment-specific lots. The objects are characterized by the complexity of structural and technical conditions and the specific usage requirements in the ongoing management. With regard to the types and intensities of use as well as the size, location, accessibility and especially the equipment, this is a very heterogeneous real estate portfolio that is demanding to manage. Within the scope of its object management services, the contractor has to ensure within its control and management services that the contractor fulfills the obligations of other infrastructure trades (winter service, cleaning, security services). The contractor coordinates and controls the relevant technical and infrastructural services as the contact person and interface “object management” between the contractor and the user and is available to both the contractor and the contractor as the responsible contact person.
