1. The object of the order is the delivery of a system with a measurement probe for the Institute of Immunology and Experimental Therapy of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Wrocław — hereinafter referred to as:,, the subject of the order”.

2. The subject of the contract will be financed by a purpose grant for the implementation of investment related to scientific activities for the expansion of the “MicroCRYO measurement probe together with the Automatic Sample Modification System as retrofitting of the NMR Studio.” The grant was settled by agreement No 7205/IA/SP/2021.

3. The scope of the contract includes the delivery of the object of the contract, its installation and commissioning at the place indicated by the Contracting Authority and the provision of instruction instructions in the field of service after prior agreement with the Ordering Party of the date of instruction and number of persons.

1. The offered item of the order must be factory new. The subject of a reconditioned and demonstration order shall not be offered subject to admission in item 3 of the reconditioned compressor order. The subject of the order must be free from any physical (structural) and legal defects.

2. The Contracting Authority shall not allow the submission of partial tenders for technical, organisational, economic and expedient reasons. All components constitute a compatible system totality.

3. Detailed description of the object of the contract, includes Annex 2 to the SWZ and the proposed provisions of the public procurement contract — Annex 3 to the SWZ.

4. All requirements set out in the documents are minimum requirements and their fulfilment is obligatory. Failure to comply with the minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the offer as incompatible with the terms of the contract pursuant to Article 226 (1) (5) of the Law Pzp.
