1. The subject of the contract is the expansion of the Digital Archive System operated by the Ordering Party, by modernizing the capacity of the Digital Archive System together with service support services. The expansion must take place through the implementation of:

1.1. Preparation and agreement with the Ordering Party of a technical extension project containing proposals for the work schedule within 5 working days from the moment of signing the contract. The timetable must include, in particular, information on the dates of unavailability. The schedule may include work planned outside the Ordering Party's working hours. The schedule requires the approval of the Ordering Party.

1.2. Delivery, extension and modernization of the capacity of the Digital Archive System in accordance with point 3

1.3. Installation of devices in rack cabinets in the Ordering Party's server room in accordance with point 4.

1.4. Configuration of the supplied components and the entire environment in accordance with point 5.

1.5. Preparation of system documentation of the solution in accordance with point 6.

1.6. Warranty coverage of the solution

1. The subject of the contract is: Expansion of the Digital Archive System operated by the Ordering Party, through the modernization of the used arrays along with maintenance support services.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex 3 to the SWZ.
