Procurement of Managed Detection and Response Services (MDR)

Innovation Norway intends to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of Managed detection and response services (MDR). MDR is a continuously distributed and externally delivered security operations centre. The contracting authority is in need of a system that is built on the cloud and native tools.

MDR will primarily work with Innovation Norway's cloud-based infrastructure and endpoints: Microsoft AzureMicrosoft 365, including Microsoft Teams and SharePoint OnlineEndpoints (Windows 10, 11, Mac, iPhone) managed through Microsoft Defender for Endpoint/IntuneInterfaces to third party SaaS, e.g., Cloudflare, and other contract tenderers.
