Step-by-step commissioning of services: Level 1 LPH 1-4 and Level 2 LPH 5-6.

The measure is a replacement of a functional building to be demolished at the Valentinstraße sports facility in Gelsenkirchen.

The Valentinstraße sports complex has a functional building with changing rooms and sanitary facilities as well as a youth room. The existing building is not barrier-free and, as a result of renovation backlogs, is no longer in a condition that can no longer be renovated. Due to massive moisture damage, inadequate premises and considerable structural damage, the building can no longer be used in its function.

A contemporary building with social and functional rooms is to be erected barrier-free. This new building will be available for both sporting and neighbourhood uses.

In the course of the assignment, all services must be provided in the sense of the scope of structural engineering according to HOAI 2021. In addition, special services are part of the contract:

- Preparation of the thermal insulation certificate

- Proof of thermal bridges as proof of equivalence

- Preparation of the sound insulation certificate
