The objective of this project is to assist the European Commission in monitoring and assessing Member States' transposition of the provisions of Council Directive 2014/87/Euratom (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Directive’) into national law.

The contractor shall carry out a thorough analysis of EU Member States' transposition of the Directive into national legal frameworks. The data analysed at legal and technical level and the conclusions drawn by the contractor, should provide the Commission with the necessary tools to decide itself on the completeness and adequacy/correctness of transposition in each case.

— verification of the completeness of transposition of the provisions of Council Directive 2014/87/Euratom into national legislation, indicating whether the transposition is partial or complete (so-called ‘prima facie’ check),

— detailed conformity assessment of the Member States' national legal frameworks transposing the Directive,

— translation of the national legislative measures transposing the Directive.
