Total contractor services with all service phases of the HOAI, which are necessary for the turnkey construction of the "Kindertagesstätte Nortrup" (Lot 1) and the "Kindertagesstätte Badbergen" (Lot 2)

The Joint Community of Artland intends to build a new three-group daycare center. The building plot is located near the school and sports centre of the municipality of Nortrup, municipal area: Nortrup, corridor: 14, parcels 33/11. Access is via the street "Am Sportplatz" to the south. The property is currently an undeveloped/unused arable land and is owned by the client.

The planned new building will accommodate two kindergarten groups with a group size of 25 children and a crèche group with a group size of 15 children (a total of 65 children), the staff and all necessary ancillary rooms. A kitchen/food counter and a canteen/dining room are also to be integrated into the building. A later expansion of the daycare center by two further groups must be considered conceptually as well as technically and statically. The energy standard must be planned and implemented in accordance with the specifications of KfW 40 NH. The project may receive financial support from the federal and/or state governments.

The task is the turnkey construction of the daycare center on the above-mentioned property. The subject matter of the present award procedure is therefore total contractor services with all service phases of the HOAI, which are necessary for the turnkey construction of the Kita Nortrup.

Essentially, the following services are included:

A) Planning services:

All planning services necessary for the project must be provided by the contractor. This includes all required service areas analogous to HOAI (basic services and special services), such as planning services of object planning, open space and infrastructure planning, technical equipment, structural planning and other necessary planning and expert services. The scope of the planning services required in each case or the service phases to be provided and the special requirements for planning depend on the object-specific conditions and variant-dependent requirements.

B) Construction services:

All construction work must be carried out in full by the contractor and the premises must be made functional and ready for operation.
