The purpose of the contract to which the clauses and conditions of these special specifications apply is the equipping of the Economic Activity Park and the deconstruction of annexes in a circular approach, on the ACEC site in HERSTAL.
In this market, particular attention is given to circularity, social dumping, and training.
The work is subdivided into 2 lots:
LOT 1 - Equipment of the economic activity park (roads, drainage, plantations,...); Divisions 1 to 5.
SPI is the Client for Divisions 1 and 2; RESA is the Client for Divisions 3, 4 and 5
LOT 2 — Deconstruction, demolitions and asbestos removal; SPI is the project owner of lot 2

Equipment of the economic activity park (roads, draining, plantations,...)This contract mainly includes, FOR LOT 1:
- The complete redevelopment of the main road (between Pierre Joseph Antoine Street and Wooden Street),
- The construction of secondary concrete roads;
- The creation of an axis of circulation of soft modes (cyclists and pedestrians), called “LOW-LINE”;
- The creation of pedestrian links;
- The development of permeable parking areas;
- The development of sidewalks in accordance with standards (PMR, etc.);
- The installation of a separate drainage network, including visiting rooms and special connections;
- The implementation of retention and infiltration devices (valleys and landscaped infiltration basin);
- The water supply network (including fire hydrants and connections to the Halle)
- The electricity network, including the construction of an HV cabin
- Public lighting;
- The provision of trenches for buried telecommunications networks;
- The upgrading of the wooded park: removal of obsolete vegetation, new plantings, reordering of paths, creation of a specific access dedicated to SRI vehicles;
- Planting along roads, valleys, pedestrian links, landscaped basin, Hall...
- The installation of street furniture, signage, etc...

Deconstruction, demolitions and asbestos removalThis contract mainly includes, FOR LOT 2:
- The demolition of buildings and annexes designated in the plans and technical clauses:
o The metal hangars located to the west of the hall.
o The annexes to the main hall (metal, mixed constructions, masonry, concrete)
o The “pool” that serves as a water storage for firefighters: BE CAREFUL to demolish only after commissioning the new fire fighting network provided for in Lot 1
o Small lean-to and other localized elements
- The set of repairs to the preserved parts, which would have suffered unintentional damage following the demolitions (example: gaping holes after removal of beams or other embedded elements, to secure and restore)
- The securing and closing of preserved buildings, with the help of temporary palisades ceded
- The dismantling and demolition and securing of equipment and technical distribution networks (fluids, electricity) in the buildings to be demolished.
- dismantling in order to recover the materials designated by the special technical specifications clauses, their cleaning, packaging and storage on site.
- the disposal of products from demolitions, with coordination with Market 1 with a view to a possible recovery of unrecovered residues (residual rubble after sorting of the recovery bricks for example)
- asbestos removal in accordance with the technical clauses and the attached asbestos inventory.
