Vefsn municipality, c/o technical operations, invites to a tender contest with possibilities for negotiations for the purchase of a brand-new sweeping vehicle. The sweeping vehicles is expected to be delivered during the sweeping season 2017. The tender shall be a total delivery and the contracting authority shall enter into a contract with one supplier/contracting party.

The tender contest is implemented in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations.

The procurement is implemented as an open tender contest with options for negotiations, where the objective of the contract is to procure a new sweeping vehicle with a permitted total weight of 26.5 tonnes.

Annex 1 describes the vehicle requirements. This document shall be answered and uploaded in the Mercell system.

It must be clearly stated in the submitted documentation if the tenders do not comply with all requirements and specifications.
