The object of this contract is the acquisition and maintenance of GIS products as well as the support and training that accompanies them. This contract is divided into four lots:
- lot 1: purchase and maintenance of FME products;
- lot 2: purchase and maintenance of ArcGIS products;
- lot 3: GIS Opensource solutions;
- lot 4: maintenance of the BXL GIS solution in place at i-City.
Purchase and maintenance of FME productsi-City uses two FME DB Edition desktop licenses and one FME server license (1 Engine standard).
The contract covers the maintenance of existing products, the acquisition of new products (suitable desktop license and suitable Engine license for the server).
The contract also covers training to be given (on themes) and coaching (answers to specific questions, improving work processes with the tool).
The tenderer is also invited to provide a solution allowing an augmented reality experience.
The tenderer must be able to switch from an "express" installation in production to a fault tolerant type installation (classic deployment, docker, kubernete).
Purchasing and maintaining ArcGIS productsi-City uses ArcGIS Desktop and Enterprise products, to a lesser extent ArcGIS On Line - ArcGIS Pro.
The contract covers the maintenance of existing products (from 16.4.2021) and the acquisition of new products.
The market also targets training (on themes), coaching (answering specific questions, improving work processes with the tool).
The tenderer is also invited to provide a solution enabling an augmented / virtual reality experience.
GIS Opensource solutionsi-City uses free software. Ten users are currently active on these products.
The market covers support (identifying problems and then solving them or providing workarounds), training (on themes) and coaching (answering specific questions, improving work processes with the tool) on these products .
Maintenance of the BXL Gis Viewer solution in placei-City had a cartographic web client developed to visualize and analyze thematic geospatial data.
Corrective maintenances, progressive maintenances (150 days / man) also including new developments are envisaged.
Projected delivery of the solution: March 2021.
Scalable maintenance begins with product delivery scheduled for January 2021.
Corrective maintenance begins one year after delivery of the product.
