The subject of the contract is the successive collection and recovery of stabilized municipal sewage sludge (waste with the code 19 08 05) along with loading and transport from the place of production to the place of recovery using the R3, R11 or R12 methods, specified in Annex 1 to the Act on waste of 14 December 2012 (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587) from the following facilities:

(a) wastewater treatment plant “Karkoszka II” in Wodzisław Śląski, Czyżowicka Street 131 - estimated amount of 6 000 Mg

(b) the wastewater treatment plant “Rydułtowy” in Rydułtowy, 97 Citielska Street - an estimated amount of 3 000 Mg

1) The subject of the contract is the successive collection and recovery of stabilized municipal sewage sludge (waste with the code 19 08 05) along with loading and transport from the place of production to the place of recovery using the R3, R11 or R12 methods, specified in Annex 1 to the Act on waste of 14 December 2012 (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587) from the following facilities:

(a) wastewater treatment plant “Karkoszka II” in Wodzisław Śląski, Czyżowicka Street 131 - estimated amount of 6 000 Mg

b) sewage treatment plant "Rydułtowy" in Rydułtowy, 97 Obywatelska Street - estimated amount 3000 Mg

Remark! The estimated amount of sludge to be exported and recovered is determined on the basis of the amount of sludge exported in the last 12 months (from September 2022 to August 2023). This quantity is indicative only for comparison of tenders.

2. The Contractor is obliged to fulfil the order under the terms and conditions described in the template of the contract as set out in Annex 2 to the SWZ.

3) The contractor with whom the contract for the performance of the subject of the contract will be concluded will be obliged to confirm the transport and takeover of waste in the BDO system.

4) After the Contractor has received the municipal sewage sludge from the Ordering Party, full responsibility for it, passes to the Contractor. The Contractor shall be responsible for the recovery and transport of sediments (in accordance with Article 27 of the Waste Act).

5) The Contractor shall be required to weigh each batch of the sediment received. Weighing of sediments will be carried out:

a) In the case of sludge from the Karkoszka II sewage treatment plant, at the Ordering Party, on a truck scale located at the Karkoszka II sewage treatment plant in Wodzisław Śląski at 131 Czyżowicka Street.

(b) In the case of sediments from the Rydułtowy wastewater treatment plant, at the company of the Contractor or in an external company (at the expense of the Contractor).

The Contractor's weighting document shall be communicated to the Employee of the Contracting Authority.

6) The Contractor shall be responsible for keeping the road surface clean (located on the premises of the Ordering Party and public property) during the execution of the task and every time after its completion.

7) The quality of sewage sludge at sewage treatment plants operated by the Contracting Authority is specified in Annex 3 to this procedure.

8) All requirements set out in the documents indicated above constitute minimum requirements and their fulfilment is obligatory. Failure to comply with the minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the offer as incompatible with the terms of the contract pursuant to Article 226 (1) (5) of the Law Pzp.
