Description:
OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF CEA PARIS-SACLAY HOT WATER HEATING INSTALLATIONS AND ITS ANNEXES

The services relate to the operation and maintenance of the CEA Paris-Saclay (P-SAC) heating production, distribution and emission facilities located in:

- on the site of Fontenay aux Roses (FAR),

- on the Saclay website and its annexes:

• the Orme des Merisiers,

• the Frédéric Joliot Hospital Service (SHFJ) located in Orsay.

The contract will be concluded for a firm tranche from 01/07/2024 (or from 1 April 2023 in case of incoming reversibility) until 14/01/2028 and 3 years of extension of optional benefits. This notice covers the application and tender phases in an open tendering procedure.
