The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works for the task: "Expansion of voivodship road No. 459 in Narok at km from 8 + 600 to km 10 + 555" in accordance with the Terms of Reference. Code and name of the CPV Common Procurement Vocabulary:

The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works for the expansion of voivodeship road No. 459 in Narok at km 8 + 600 to km 10 + 555.

The project will cover:

Expansion of the road over a 1,955 km section, including:

- reinforcement of the road surface structure to the traffic category KR-3 and load capacity 115kN / axle,

- correction of arches improving safety,

- reconstruction of intersections with municipal roads,

- reconstruction of the road "behind the church",

- pavement construction,

- construction and reconstruction of bus bays and pedestrian crossings with lighting,

- construction of road lighting,

- reconstruction of culverts under the exits,

- reconstruction and construction of public and individual conventions,

- construction of drainage, including: construction of storm water drainage, construction of drainage, clearing of roadside ditches, construction of culvert and covered ditch, and construction of an infiltration and evaporation tank,

- protection of existing utilities networks that conflict with the planned expansion of the road system,

- execution of road safety elements, including: cat's eye, integration boards.

The detailed scope of the contract is included in the design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works and the bill of quantities. The contractor should make a valuation of all works covered by the task based on the tender and design documentation, technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of construction works and any visual inspection. Bill of quantities is an auxiliary document.
