The subject of the contract is the granting and servicing of a long-term PLN loan in the amount of PLN 15,000,000.00 (fifteen million zlotys)

The subject of the contract is the granting and servicing of a long-term PLN loan in the amount of PLN 15,000,000.00 (fifteen million PLN). The loan will be released in tranches to the basic account of the Skawina Commune. The amount and date of transferring funds will be agreed with the Contractor each time. The loan will be fully disbursed by 30 November 2023.

The principal will be repaid on a quarterly basis: the first principal installment will be repaid on 31 March 2024, the last instalment will be repaid on 30 December 2035. It is assumed that the loan can be repaid earlier, before the set date, without incurring additional costs and the need to notify the Contractor-Bank about this fact. Variable interest rate: WIBOR 3M plus the bank's margin, interest year: actual number of days, interest will be calculated at the end of each quarter, payable upon receipt of an interest note from the Bank by the 15th day of each month after the end of the quarter, collateral: blank promissory note together with a promissory note declaration, settlements between the Ordering Party and the Service Contractor will be made in Polish zlotys.
