1. The subject of the contract is the lease of five new analyzers of critical parameters along with the successive delivery of reagents, control and consumables with an IT system and service for a period of 36 months for the needs of the Analytical Laboratory of WS SP ZOZ in Nowa Sól.

2. The Contracting Authority does not allow partial bids due to the fact that the subject of the contract lease of five new analyzers along with successive delivery of reagents, control and consumable materials as well as application and service support. Reagents and necessary equipment must come from the analyzer manufacturer, so the Ordering Party is not able to divide such an order into parts. In addition, the Contracting Authority prepared the tender procedure in a way that ensures fair competition. The order is tailored to the needs of the SME sector. The offer must have a full assortment.
