A tender contest for a contract of the delivery of a nursery and school administrative system for the childhood and youth sector: schools (including before- and after-school care) and nurseries. This means two complete systems for the childhood and youth sector in the municipality and it shall ensure that daily operations function as optimally as possible.

The system shall safeguard the entire education course from nurseries to sixth form colleges and render paper copies superfluous. The system shall cover the administrative tasks for school and nursery owners and the service locations in addition to communication between teacher, pupil and home. The system must be compatible and integrated with the systems used in the child and youth sector, and municipal administration.

There will be a strong focus on efficient work processes in the municipality and the new administration system for this sector shall support this The system shall therefore have close integration between the administrative systems and not least the professional systems in the municipalities, so that double registrations and unnecessary work processes are eliminated.

The Contracting Authority reserves the right to decide when the different components of the offered system shall be in operation. The implementation and use be agreed with the new supplier. The contract is subject to alterations due to the reform of Local Government and budgetary coverage.

The Contracting Authority expects the new system to be commissioned 1.8.2019 for all participants, but the Contracting Authority shall reserve the right to decide when the different parts of the system shall be taken into use. The implementation and use be agreed with the new supplier.

A draft of the tender documentation is attached to this qualification documentation. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to make smaller, unsubstantial alterations of the documentation prior to inviting the tenderers to submit tenders.
