In connection with the construction of Metro Cityringen, a branch is being built from Cityringen to Sydhavnen, which ends at Ny Ellebjerg Station, where a new metro station will be established.
Ny Ellebjerg Concourse Hall will be the link between sydhavns metroens station (ongoing contract CRSH1), Ringbanen (S-train), Køge Bugt line (S-train), Copenhagen-Ringsted regional line and the bus terminal.
The link between the many transport options at Ny Ellebjerg station will be the new underground Concourse Hall (CRSH5, CRSH6 and CRSH7), which will be established in several stages (separate contracts). Therefore, there are several interface projects that are carried out simultaneously with this project.
In its final form, Ny Ellebjerg station will constitute one of the largest traffic hubs in the capital, and it will be possible to switch between metro, S-train, bus and Fjernbane.

The project is offered as a main contract. To a limited extent, the contractor must be responsible for contractor design, including flood door, cf. SAB 1 Management and Cooperation.
CRSH7 includes, among other things, earthworks, track works, mechanical and electrical installations, including elevators, groundwater lowering, pipeline works, traction current, electrical works and lighting, concrete works, steelworks, architectural works, installation of platform elements, paving, cf. also the tender documents for a more detailed description of the individual works covered by the main contract. The execution of the project is complicated by the fact that the area of the construction site is limited and the workers have to go to stationary areas and while the trains are in operation.
The contract also includes a small project development agreement including the preparation of a project for access to the Køge Bay Line via Strømmen (access to KBB via Strømmen). The contractor must be included in the design, which is carried out by the consultant, in relation to ensuring compliance with finances, time and buildability. The project includes a stair and elevator connection between the southern platform of the Køge Bay line and the transfer tunnel.
