In order to continue the maintenance of the various public spaces in the La Conte and Ozanam districts in a reasoned and efficient approach to local urban management, the city of Carcassonne, Habitat Audois and Alogéa have concluded a new group of orders for the placing of a integration and professional qualification service market for which public space maintenance services constitute support services.

The coordinator of the group is the city of Carcassonne.

The group is exclusively constituted for the execution of the procedure, the execution of each contract will fall directly to each member of the group.

Each lot will be the subject of a separate framework agreement per member of the order group concerned and executed by order forms.

The transmission of tenders by electronic means is compulsory, it being specified that this consultation does not require the signing of the act of engagement at the stage of submission of tenders.

The qualification and professional integration services covered by the contract must be implemented by an integration mechanism through economic activity as defined in articles L. 5132-15 or L. 5132-7 of the labor code. These devices have the following missions:

a) ensuring the reception, hiring and employment of unemployed people encountering particular social and professional difficulties;

b) organize the monitoring, support and training of their employees with a view to facilitating their social integration and seeking the conditions for sustainable professional integration: maximum annual amount of EUR 220,000 excluding tax.

- city share: 200,000 EUR HT,

- home share in the Aude: EUR 20,000 excluding tax.

These amounts will be identical for any renewal periods.

The qualification and professional integration services covered by the contract must be implemented by an integration mechanism through economic activity as defined in articles L. 5132-15 or L. 5132-7 of the labor code. These devices have the following missions:

a) ensuring the reception, hiring and employment of unemployed people encountering particular social and professional difficulties;

b) organize the monitoring, support and training of their employees with a view to facilitating their social integration and seeking the conditions for sustainable professional integration: maximum annual amount of EUR 230,000 excluding tax.

- city share: 200,000 EUR HT,

- part of the Aude habitat: 30,000 EUR excl.

These amounts will be identical for any renewal periods.
