The object of the contract is: collection of municipal waste from property owners residing from the Dębowiec Municipality, transport of received waste to development sites and development, i.e. recovery or disposal, in a way that ensures that appropriate levels are reached recycling, reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage referred to in the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws 2019, item 2010) hereinafter called the Law on Maintenance of Purity and Order in Municipalities.

The use of waste, i.e. recovery or disposal, should comply with the applicable provisions, in particular with the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 701 as amended) hereinafter referred to as the Waste Act, the Maintenance of Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities and the Plan Waste Management for Subcarpathian Voivodeship hereinafter referred to as WPGO.
Waste should only be collected from inhabited properties.
The estimated amount of municipal waste to be collected from the Dębowiec Commune during the entire contract period will be 1304.50 Mg (tons), including:
non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste and residues from municipal waste segregation (code 200301) in the amount of approximately: 700 Mg (tons);
separately collected municipal waste of the following types: paper, glass, plastics / metals / multi-material packaging, mixed packaging waste in the amount of approximately: 386 Mg (tons);
biodegradable waste (green waste code 200201) in the amount of approximately: 1.5 Mg (tons);
bulky waste and waste electrical and electronic equipment (code 200307) in the amount of approximately: 170.00 Mg (tons);
construction and demolition waste (code 170107) in the amount of approximately: 12 Mg (tons);
used tyres (code 160103) in the amount of: 25 Mg (tonnes);
other fractions not specified selectively harvested (ash) (code 200199) in quantities of: 0,5 Mg (tonnes);
municipal waste collected at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in the amount of: 8 Mg (tons);
waste electrical and electronic equipment (code 010136) in the amount of: 1.5 Mg (tons).
