The purpose of the contract is the provision of the "software" and "hardware" necessary to renew the audiovisual content manager, the network infrastructure, the graphics system, and the video servers used for the production of programs of Radio and Television of the Principality of Asturias SAU (hereinafter RTPA). It also includes the installation of the equipment, as well as the training, in the required lots, on the use of the equipment supplied.

This includes the audiovisual content manager (MAM, Media Asset Management), in which all audio and video content is cataloged and archived; graphic systems, to insert labels in real time; video servers, for recording and playback of video signals; and the network infrastructure, which allows interconnecting all computer systems.
