The HRD currently uses a career management tool comprising several modules and wishes to subscribe to a single tool for forward-looking management of jobs and skills and administrative management.

The expected benefits and deliverables are described in Article 2 of the CCTP. In addition to these services and deliverables, there are the constituent elements of the cardholder's offer complementing the services provided for in Article 2.
