The successful tenderer will be required to provide catering services at Lewisham College (Incorporating Southwark College).

Lewisham College will be incorporating Southwark College from 1.8.2102.

The College is looking to alter the style of catering offered at four locations to reflect the modern era, recent trends and financial changes. The College is looking for companies that will offer solutions that will maximise the level of participation and sale from the student and adult customer base.

To reflect modern financial times the College is looking for a cost effective solution for the catering services into the future. The College will examine all reasonable proposals put forward by companies, however solutions must be tempered with realistic financial commitment and expectations. The desired solution would be for a financial return or break-even situation, but a controlled or limited risk proposal would be examined.

The College will be prepared to discuss design and investment solutions put forward during the tender process.

The contract will be let for an initial three year period with a potential two twelve-month extensions to a maximum of a five-year term.

The sites are listed below. The successful caterer must demonstrate the ability to manage a multi-site complex spread over a wide geographic area.
