1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity, in accordance with the provisions of the Law of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (i.e. - Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the EP, by the Contracting Authority

and Co-Commissioners to their buildings and their infrastructure, in accordance with their legal titles. This order does not cover electricity distribution services. 2. A detailed list of which points are operated by which the DSO and the energy trading company will be provided by the Ordering Party and the Co-Contractor to the contractor of this contract after signing the sales contract in accordance with the template on Annex 1 to the SWZ.

The contract covers the purchase of electricity for the buildings and infrastructure of the Ordering Party and the Co-Contracting Authorities. Detailed description of the subject of the order including locations and description

electricity consumption points, together with contractual power and estimated consumption, are included in Annex 1 to the Terms of Reference.
