Competitive tendering of the electricity sales contract between the municipality of Ruovesi and Ruoveden Asunnot Oy, as a result of which the margins and contract terms of the electricity seller are agreed. The final billing price for electrical energy consists of the seller's margin, profile cost, SYS and EPAD price fixations made as percentages and/or unattached spot shares, the production and consumption volume fee valid at any given time during the delivery period of the transmission system operator Fingrid, and Datahub's site-specific fees valid at the time.
