The scope of work within the subject of the Agreement may include in particular (but not only): the development of project documentation, implementation of all design works, supplies, services, obtaining the necessary administrative decisions, obtaining decisions granting construction permits, implementation construction and assembly works and payment of any damages resulting from the performance of these works and the development of as-built documentation, as well as any work necessary for the removal of defects and faults on the basis of the quality guarantee granted and warranty for defects, as well as other activities and the tasks and obligations to be carried out by the Contractor in order to properly execute the Subject of the Order, including those which, despite not being explicitly indicated, are necessary for the completion and safe and proper implementation of the Subject of the Order.
