The purpose of this consultation is to provide project management assistance services for the deployment of ticketing software and an online sales site for the entire National Museum of Natural History
The incumbent provides services to be broken down into 6 phases:
Phase 1: Study and Diagnosis
Phase 2: Functional, technical, legal and financial scenarios
Phase 3: Preparation of the contract documents and assistance in the award of the contract, in conjunction with the Legal Affairs and Procurement Department
Phase 4: Conduct of the procurement process, assistance and analysis of applications and offers
Phase 5: Deployment management, acceptance and change management until the Verification of the regular service
Phase 6: Post-deployment support
