Description:

On the one hand, the Scala Foundation wants to place the entire management of the network infrastructure with a supplier. The starting point here is that the supplier has and takes responsibility from the starting point to the end point for the quality of the connection experienced by users. On the other hand, Stichting Scala also wants to place the logical infrastructure with the same supplier. This concerns managing, modifying, advising on and maintaining the Office 365 environment, the Sharepoint sites, the Intune management environment, and the educational software used. The starting point is cloud only, but also the management of end-user devices, as defined later in this document, which belongs to the scope of management. The Scala Foundation expects the tenderer to be an expert in the management of both Office 365 and Intune and Sharepoint.



The scope of the assignment can be expressed in the number of schools for which Scala forms the board. It currently concerns 14 schools and 1 administrative office in the Heusden region. The number of locations can vary during the term.
