The scope of this procurement is to deliver core software solution (s), implementation and support services to Viridian for their participation in the Integrated Single Electricity Market (I-SEM), which is expected to be implemented by Quarter 4 of 2017. The core software solution (s) for I-SEM must meet the functional requirements outlined in Section 6 of the PQQ together with any additional requirements specified by Viridian in the procurement documentation.

Viridian Group comprises a mix of regulated and non-regulated businesses, further details of which will be provided in the PQQ. Applicants will therefore need to provide separate pricing information to meet the cost of the specified services that will need to be supplied by shortlisted Bidders for Energia Group, Power NI (Supply) and Power NI (PPB) for software solutions, implementation and support services for I-SEM at the ITN stage of this procurement.

Applicants will be assessed in accordance with Part 4 of the Utilities Contracts Regulations 2006, as Amended on the basis of information provided in response to a pre qualification questionnaire (‘PQQ’) in-line with those instructions outlined in the Project Information Memorandum (PIM).

Copies of the PIM and PPQ are available on request by email to: procurement@viridiangroup.co.uk, which will issue login details for electronic access. Completed PQQs must be returned to Viridian electronically at the address in Section I.1) before the deadline specified in Section IV.3.4) below.
