The candidate for the electricity supply market will have to justify his or her authorization to purchase electricity for resale to the City of Croix at any time. The applicant will also be able to demonstrate that he has entered into a routing contract with the distribution system operator and specify the corresponding contract number in effect. It undertakes to:

— to provide continuous electricity 24 hours and 7 days a week throughout the duration of the market and on the entire heritage of the city of Croix;

— to comply with the obligations arising from the laws and regulations relating to the supply of electricity.
