Single-Use Neutral Electrodes/Return Plates These neutral electrodes will be used during surgery as an energy return plate when using monopolar instruments and an Hf generator.*Single-use dual-zone adhesive neutral electrodes for adult, child, and newborn. They will be packaged in single bags and/or of several units, with at least one traceability label per unit, adhesive and detachable from the primary packaging. *Connection cables to electro-surgical plates, reusable cables, with connection clamp to fit on the proposed plates. The connectors on the generator side will be adapted to the generators present at the AP-HP. *Dual-zone neutral electrodes for adults, children and newborns with integrated, adhesive, single-use cables, packaged in single bags with at least one traceability label per unit, adhesive and detachable from the primary packaging

They will be anti-rotation, for electrodes with a diameter of 2.35 to 2.4 mm, with a pre-mounted "blade" type electrode of about 70 mm in total and about 30 mm of active area. The cable will be integrated into the handle and will be at least 3 m long. The connectors of the cable will be compatible with the generators present at the ap-hp, i.e. with a 3-pin plug with a center distance of about 29 mm. If possible, the candidate will also offer a 6.35 mm jack connector for the old ERBE generators still present at the ap-hp. *Electrode bags with fume suction: The candidate will propose electrode bags with integrated fume suction. The candidate will also be able to propose adaptation systems on the electrode bags in order to be able to carry out the extraction of fumes (in addition to the range in the financial appendix).*Sterile single-use electrodes such as blades, needles, balls, handles, etc. They will be sheathed and will have an anti-rotation section with a diameter of 2.35 to 2.4 mm compatible with the electrode bags offered. Laparosurgery bipolar forceps, sterile, single-use, with a usable length of at least 300 mm, a diameter of approximately 5 mm, with an electrically insulated tube and a 360° rotating handle. The cable will be integrated and of a minimum length of 3 m. Its connectors will be compatible with the high-frequency generators present at the AP-HP, i.e. with a 4 mm two-pin plug with a center distance of about 29 mm

Sheathed bipolar forceps for open surgery, sterile, single-use, with an integrated cable with a minimum length of 3 m. The connectors of the cable will be adapted to the generators present at the AP-HP, i.e., a 4 mm two-pin plug with a center distance of about 29 mm. The candidate will have to propose "classic" bipolar pliers, i.e. non-non-stick / non-anti-charcoal. Sterile, single-use, non-stick/anti-coal bipolar forceps are in a specific batch (batch no. 6)

Sterile, single-use bipolar pliers, sheathed with non-stick / anti-coal jaws. These forceps will mainly be used in neurosurgery but also for other surgical specialties. The cable will be integrated and its connectors will be compatible with the high-frequency electrosurgery generators of the covidien/valleylab, lamidey-noury and ERBE brand (Ap-Hp park),) but also with the MALIS generators present at the ap-hp, i.e. a two-pin plug with a center distance of about 38 mm. The candidate will have to provide evidence of compatibility with the MALIS generator (compatibility certificate in particular). In the event that connection to the generator requires an intermediate cable (or adapter), the applicant will insert one (or more) line(s) in the financial annex and specify whether the cable is sterilizable and/or sterile for single use

In the event that the connection to the generator and the irrigation module requires an intermediate cable and/or a separate tubing, the applicant will insert one (or more) line(s) in the financial annex "Reference products - mandatory response" and specify whether the cable and tubing are sterilizable and/or sterile for single use
