II.2.4) Description of the procurement:
(Type and scope of construction work, deliveries or services or specification of needs and requirements)
The replacement of the new Prosigker Bridge in Köthen requires the conversion and expansion of the L 73 (formerly L 145) and B 185 (formerly B 183), including the three nodes on the construction line (basic road expansion). This measure is the subject of the present procurement procedure.
In particular, the local passage of the L 73 state road between the junction Lohmannstraße (L 73)/Luisenstraße and Leipziger Straße (L 73)/Am Holländer Weg (B 185)/Prosigker Kreisstraße (B 185) and the B 185 federal highway between the level crossing in the direction of Prosigk and the junction Am Holländer Weg (B 185)/ Quellendorfer Strasse. Pedestrian and cycle paths are also created along the road sections. The length of the L 73 is approximately 569 m, that of the B 185 is approximately 365 m. The length of the municipal roads is approximately 250 m.
In the course of the conversion and expansion of the L 73 and B 185, the junction areas of the municipal roads (northern) Lohmannstraße, Leipziger Straße, Maxim-Gorki-Straße, An der Eisenbahn, Am Freight Station and Industriestraße will also be structurally adapted accordingly.
The complex project also includes the renewal of the line portfolio or the relocation of lines as a follow-up to bridge and road construction as well as investment measures by the utilities companies. This includes the new construction of street lighting systems in the construction sector.
The estimated construction costs (gross) are approximately €7.0 million.
