We, the State Department, invite you as a Potential Candidate to sign up for the delivery of Secure Window Frames and Shutters. This Tender is a restricted procedure and consists of two phases. The subject of this Tender concerns the supply of secure window frames and shutters (blast, demolition, fire, and bulletproof) in all possible combinations. The supplier must be able to provide and (if necessary) install secured window frames and shutters (blast, demolition, fire, and bulletproof).

The purpose of the Tender is to conclude a Framework Agreement with a single supplier in the field of supply of secure window frames and shutters. The intention is to put the Framework Agreement into force on 2 May 2022.

The subject of this Tender concerns the supply of secure window frames and shutters (blast, demolition, fire and bulletproof) in all possible combinations.

Fall within scope:

-Delivery of window frames and shutters at a permanent location in the Netherlands (NL);

-Supplying parts for replacement (in case of end of life) at a permanent location in NL;

-The occasional measurement and/or installation of secure window frames and shutters abroad, including potentially crisis areas.
