2. The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the development of green areas in 36 locations in the Łapy Commune. Land area: 57 705.84 m² (5.7706 ha). Separation of the area, developed with various forms of existing and designed greenery: 37 387.62 m² (3.7388 ha), without paved surfaces, including the revitalization of the area of 2855.97 m² (0.2856 ha), located in Płonka Kościelna. The investment will result in the unsealed area for which the surface has been replaced from impermeable to permeable to permeable amounting to: 670.96 m² (0.0671 ha). In total, on an area of 2,260.49 m² (0.2260 ha), as part of the creation of hardened accesses and passages, in areas covered with a layer of impermeable clay surface, a permeable surface will be created, which will have a positive impact on the water balance in the environment. The total area of green areas and permeable surfaces (listed and newly designed) will be: 39 648.11 m² (3.9648 ha).
